Some of the teachings of Islam are:

Islam teaches that there is only one God, Allah, who created the universe and everything in it. Muslims worship Allah alone and follow His will as revealed in the Quran and through the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Islam teaches that Muhammad SAW is the last and final messenger of Allah, who brought the complete and final revelation of Islam to humanity. Muslims believe that Muhammad SAW is the best example of how to live according to Allah’s guidance.

Islam teaches that human beings are born with a natural inclination to worship Allah and to do good deeds. However, they also have free will and can choose to obey or disobey Allah. Muslims believe that Allah is merciful and forgiving, but also just and accountable. Those who submit to Allah and follow His commands will be rewarded with paradise.

Islam teaches that there are six pillars of faith that every Muslim must believe in: the oneness of Allah, the angels, the books, the prophets, the day of judgment, and the divine decree. These are the core beliefs of Islam that define the Muslim creed.

Islam teaches that there are five pillars of practice that every Muslim must perform: the shahada, the daily prayers, the obligatory charity, the fasting of Ramadan, and the pilgrimage to Mecca. These are the basic acts of worship that demonstrate the Muslim’s submission to Allah and solidarity with the Muslim community.

Islam teaches that there are many other aspects of Islamic law, ethics, and spirituality that guide the Muslim’s life in personal, family, and social matters. These include the rules of halal (permissible) and haram (forbidden) food, dress, and behavior, the rights and duties of parents, children, spouses, and neighbors, the principles of justice, peace, and human dignity, and the practices of charity, kindness, and gratitude. Islam also encourages Muslims to seek knowledge, to reflect on the signs of Allah in nature and history, and to purify their hearts from evil traits such as pride, envy, and anger.

These are some of the teachings of Islam that shape the Muslim’s worldview and way of life.
